Once a client agreement is reached, the service delivery timeline begins. Our typical delivery time is 30 days from the time of agreement unless otherwise specified. All articles provided will be human-written, and all backlinks sourced will be vetted and industry-relevant.

4. Payment Terms

Clients must make full payment upfront for all services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you agree to abide by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nviseon does not store or handle your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and managed by Stripe to ensure secure processing. Once payment is received, services will commence. All prices are listed in GBP (£), and any applicable taxes will be calculated and added to the final invoice. Failure to make timely payments will result in the suspension or cancellation of services. Any additional fees or charges, such as taxes or transaction fees, will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

5. Refund Policy

Given the nature of our services, refunds will only be issued under specific conditions. If Nviseon fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified time frame, the client may be eligible for a refund of up to 25% of the purchase price. No refunds will be granted for changes in the client's business strategy, search engine algorithm changes, or any results not directly tied to the fulfillment of our services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information to ensure the success of our services. Clients must communicate promptly with our team to facilitate project completion. Nviseon is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to meet deadlines or provide required information.

7. Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or increases in traffic. While our team employs best practices, search engine algorithms and external factors beyond our control may affect the outcome of our services. Clients acknowledge that SEO results may vary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by Nviseon, including articles, blog posts, and reports, remain the intellectual property of Nviseon until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the content will transfer to the client. Nviseon retains the right to use any project data and results for internal analysis and case studies, provided that no confidential client information is disclosed.

9. Confidentiality

Nviseon agrees to keep all client information confidential, including business strategies, proprietary data, and trade secrets. Similarly, clients agree to respect the confidentiality of Nviseon's proprietary methods and strategies. Disclosure of any confidential information to third parties requires prior written consent from the disclosing party.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nviseon will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nviseon, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement after services have commenced, no refunds will be issued. Nviseon reserves the right to terminate service without notice if the client breaches these terms, engages in illegal activities, or misuses our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Amendments

Nviseon reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and clients are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Force Majeure

Nviseon will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Nviseon is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or availability of any third-party services or platforms that may be integrated with or used in conjunction with our services.
